So far, the 60 plus eight-minute segments have been broadcast in Central Utah by CentraCom Interactive's Cable TV Service (on Channel 10), and on the internet through &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://extension.usu.edu/sanpete/htm/anitas-a2z-videos"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;Utah State University's Extension&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt; web site, and Anita's A2Z YouTube&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt; Channel. And, what a fine time we had.  It rained the first two days, but then the sun emerged for the rest of our visit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We had four fun-filled days of food, football, movies, lots of laughing, an art tour, a museum, Buttercup (a wonderful Golder Lab with lots of personality), photography, shopping, long walks,and more food. She currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her partner, Justin.  She recently moved there after ten years working as a book keeper in New York City. She graduated last August from Western Washington University with majors in Sociology and Theater, and is currently employed as a stage manager in Seattle's competitive live theater scene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;All three of our daughters, along with Anita and Bill, practiced Tae Kwon Do in Spokane for years and have all benefited from its study in numerous ways.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Through the miracles of telephones and the internet, we are able to keep in touch with them all on a consistent basis, so, even though we live hundreds of miles apart, we feel
